I believe that to be an effective HR consultant you have to be in the thick of things, living and breathing HR, so I have a full-time job. Because of that, I take a very deliberate boutique approach to consulting and only take on one or two engagements at a time, so that I can invest myself in that fully.

I support organizations and business on business strategy, organizational development, total talent lifecycle management, DEI and change management.

I’m a board member at Goethe International Charter School, a California Distinguished School, and the only German immersion school in Los Angeles.

I’m currently open to one more board position.

I feel lucky to have had the opportunities I had in my career and it’s my honor to help grow our new generation of HR professionals.

I mentor no more than two HR professionals at a time and I’m currently open to mentoring one more.
